The hotel is convenient situated in the heart of Pontianak City Centre. Just 3 mins walk to Ayani Mega Mall for foods, shopping and other essentials. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, spectacular Indonesian Hospitality. The room is spacious provided with full amenities, very clean and various TV channels in HD (domestic & international). The hotel also provide live coverage of FIFA World Cup.

Junior Suite - this is a Mercure property and meets all the expectations of the hotel chain - large, clean and modern rooms - dining and breakfast were exceptional (and culturally diverse) - if you have the misfortune to find yourself in Pontianak, then staying at this hotel is a small respite from the drudgery of the town !!

I loved everything! Especially its strategic position and the cleanliness of the room. Furthermore, in the lobby it's possible to sit comfortably and relax while sipping a fresh drink.

Overall, the room where I stayed was very comfortable: clean, no foul smell, and noises from outside was barely audible.
